On our following shop pages you will find the possibility to order to and from abroad.
Parcel goods are shipped by DHL Paket, DPD and GLS.
Freight forwarded goods are delivered via DB Schenker or IDS Logistik free kerbside.
We do not currently offer self-collection.
OK-Living is a pure online retailer with many warehouse locations throughout Europe, so unfortunately self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
Before delivery, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment to receive your shipment. Therefore, please make sure that you enter your telephone number and e-mail address correctly!

Unfortunately, a change is no longer possible after the purchase.
For the costs of delivery of your OK-Living product, please refer to the information on the respective product page. Deliveries within Germany are free of charge as of 31.03.2021, island surcharges are possible.

Shipping takes place throughout Germany. Island shipping is currently excluded.
It is quite possible that your goods will be sent in several parcels and arrive at different times. As a rule, you will receive detailed shipment information. However, it is possible that partial deliveries may occur, e.g. due to different shipping companies or warehouse locations. If the remaining goods do not arrive within 2-3 days after the first arrival, please contact us!
As a rule, you will be informed by e-mail and will receive a detailed shipment tracking here. If you do not receive an e-mail, please also check the SPAM folder of your e-mail inbox.
In the case of a forwarding delivery, the forwarding company will contact you by telephone or e-mail. Therefore, please always make sure that you enter your data correctly!
Your delivery consists of several parcels. Unfortunately, due to logistical reasons, these can be delivered on different days. Or due to a high shipping volume, delays in delivery may occur. However, the logistics provider will make every effort to deliver the shipment as quickly as possible.

For all reavailable products that are not in stock, we indicate processing times.
Due to constant product range expansion and optimisation, it is possible that your product is no longer available. We give a processing time for products that are available again, so that you can see online at any time when they will be available again. If you can no longer find an item in our range, it is unfortunately no longer part of the assortment.

In principle, you as the purchaser have a warranty claim for two years from the date of handover.
You will always receive assembly instructions with the delivery of your product.
Sometimes an item consists of several packages or a separate screw package, so you will find the assembly instructions in one of these.
No. We have not set a minimum order value in the OK-Living shop. We look forward to your purchase, big or small!
Our items are already priced so low that an additional discount is no longer possible.
